First stop is Cleveland. It's about 8 hours away. I still want to take back roads, but I am no longer quite so concerned about having an underpowered bike on the highway. Abraham Lincoln once said "If given 6 hours to fell a tree, I'd spend the first 4 sharpening my axe." Time is now much more of a factor, since I have been working for so long on the bike. But that was my axe sharpening time. Now it's time to get rolling, and I am confident that my bike can make the trip in a HIGHLY effective manner.

I wish that I could take credit for making this bike sing. I wish that I could say that through hours of research and hard work, that this bike's current abilities are solely due to my capable hands. I can't. There's a guy. His name is Ted. He is 23, lives on a 32 foot sailboat with his 18 month old son, and he really likes old Hondas. He has recently acquired a 52 foot replica of The Spray. It's a one man sailboat that can go around the world. He is currently reconditioning it, and has acquired it solely so that his son can have his own room (and the fact that it's a freakin' huge sailboat for free!). He also builds and designs custom bicycles, motorcycles and cars. If you want to buy a motorcycle, he's got a bunch of oldies but goodies at rock bottom prices. The dude is cool!
Iz all for now
Yoshi!
