Hi, everyone!
Last week's launch of PN Boston was a rousing success. However (as was pointed out good-naturedly) although it was on the MBTA, it wasn't actually in Boston "proper."
So this week, we head to the latest trendy nabe of Boston, Jamaica Plain, to a spot so old it surpasses trends. Citysearch Boston calls Doyle's "a neighborhood landmark since 1882, and the spot where almost every politician smiles over a pint come campaign time." If you've been considering a run for office (perhaps for PN Triumvirate? We've still got two open positions...), this may be the perfect kick-off to your political life.
