We are going to venture to an area we rarely go to voluntarily, the Upper East Side. This week's venue is Tar Bar, which TK described as follows:

"Tar Bar is a remarkably black bar. The back room has two black felt pool tables, black walls, black ceiling, black floor, black benches and black tables. And the only lights are those over the pool tables."
