Hiya. I thought I'd take this opportunity to remind everyone that you don't have to wait until your birthday to suggest a bar for Pubnight. The extended triumvirate is always looking for new ideas, and the more suggestions we get the better the selection will be. We don't guarantee that we'll go to the bar you suggest, but then again, we don't guarantee we'll go to the bar you suggest on your birthday either, so what do you have to lose?

Seriously, we need good input. You guys drink. You know bars. Let us know. The less repeats the better, in my opinion.

This week's bar is a suggestion from Jen Na, who went there a few weeks ago with the crew of the movie that she's working on. There are a few concerns that it might be a little bit on the small side, but Jen swears she fit 25 crewmembers in there the other night, along with other random clientele, so we should be okay. Just in case, note the backup, which is right across the street.

I might be a bit late myself, because I have to take my post-surgery snake to the animal hospital on the Upper East Side at 5pm tomorrow. Everyone think good thoughts for Cedar, the incredible egg-bound snake.

Ooh, and check out this cool business that I visited today. A place that could only exist in New York.
