Good Afternoon -
This week Pubnight is sending off one of own to the sunny beaches of LA. Known for her "fact is stranger than fiction" dating and roommate experiences in NY, Marna decided it was time to pull up stakes and see how life on the West Coast works.
When we asked Marna where she would like her Pubnight send-off to be, she replied: "I'm looking for beer swilling casual (non-NYC I'm-so-beautiful types) bikers types that just want a cool beer in the July heat. Low key, no pretentiousness. Pool tables are a bonus." (This seems to be a trend in terms of requests recently).
She continues with, "I told AIG to suck my balls last week. This week I'm wrapping up my life and saying goodbye before I head off to Los Angeles on Friday. Crazy, I know, but I was committed to leaving NYC before I was 40. My lackluster, glass ceiling'd AIG job expedited my decision to not renew my lease. Swing by to say goodbye with a beer or two at DBA and if you have any job contacts in LA, bring those with you!"
