I write this message under a sort of duress; to celebrate the return of The Big Quiz Thing last night I believe I had roughly a dozen beers between seven and ten. As a consequence, at the moment I cannot fathom why any intelligent, sane human would ever want to consume an alcoholic beverage. EVER. (Any PNers who saw me last night are asked to tell me anything "interesting" that I did or said. And to tell no one else.) All of which makes me less than the ideal proponent of debauchery I normally am. But I'm a trouper, so I'll tell you about this week's pick just after I get my head out of the toilet.
*short pause*
Now. Joey's is an unassuming little suburban-themed place: big backyard lounge, big comfy couches, tons of board games, cheap comfort food. It looks like so much fun I actually almost want to go even through my DT haze. Though Plan A is still to die in my sleep tonight.
