There seems to be a theme here.... This is what I get for being born in August.
So, in honor of this, my 30th (YES, 30TH!) birthday, I'm trying something new. A roof-top bar! The indoor part has really good air conditioning and the outdoor part is, well, outdoors. Outdoors right on the corner of 13th Street and 5th Avenue, in fact (what, you thought I was going to stray more than two blocks from home?).
Hopefully the weather will hold out and we'll be able to enjoy the great outdoors of New York. Either way, we can definitely enjoy lychee sojutinis.
Please join me at 61 Cafe, the bar above the deli on the corner of 13th Street and 5th Avenue. The entrance is on 13th Street just a little bit east of 5th Avenue. You go up a couple flights of very depressing stairs and end up in a pretty cool place. And the korean food is pre-approved by the Na.
