Good Afternoon PNNY!
This is the event you've all be waiting for! The Pubnight 9 year anniversary! High drama! Romance! Tears!
Will Greg come out of the closet as a lesbian (as cited weeks ago)? Will Mike ever find Mr Right? (and if so, will it be *gasp* Dan?) And is Kris really getting on a plane? All these and many other questions will be answered tomorrow night. So, if you're only planning to attend one Pubnight this year, tomorrow is the one not to miss!
As always, this year we are returning to our drunken and not so humble beginnings, the Swift Hiberian Lounge. We promise a few surprises (and definitely some drama this week) along with many, many pints of beers, shots and whatever else gets left on the table for us to ingest. Oh, and there will be some snacks provided as well.
When I stop and think about it, it's really amazing that I've been lucky enough to be part of something that's gone on for 9 years - and you all play a huge part of keeping the spirit (and drunkenness) of Pubnight going. I'll save the speech and the tears for tomorrow, but everyone should realize that our 9th year anniversary would not be possible with out all of you.
Ceremonial proceedings and such will begin around 9:30.
So, let's get the party started!
