PubNight #458 (6/29/05) - 7:30pm at Lederhosen

Previous PubNights PubNight Home

Dan Boland here, hijacking this week's PubNight email from the regular crew of drunken keyboardists.

This Thursday marks the beginning of my 30th year of existence, and I thought there'd be no better way to honor this event than to turn PubNight into a big sausagefest.

Come raise a stein with me tomorrow at Lederhosen, a brand new German beer hall/restaurant in the West Village. They serve plenty of good, hearty German food. (What's more refreshing on a hot summer's evening than boiled knockwurst with potato soup, boiled red cabbage and some pickled herring? Goulash.) And their selection of German beer on tap is quite nice. It's also really cheap: $4 bottles, $7.50 for a liter mug, $10 for a pitcher. That's for the good stuff, meine Liebchens.

Details are below. I'd also like to invite the PubNight gang to my real birthday celebration on Thursday. I'll be at X Ave. Lounge (642 10th Ave, between 45th & 46th) from 8pm onwards. It will be a very low-key event, and I'd love to see you there.
