Hello all,
This week we are making a return visit to Vol de Nuit, which we last went to in summer of '04. Vol de Nuit specializes in Belgian beers, with several on tap and a few dozen in bottles--see the website listed below for a preview of choices. They have a selection of wines as well.
For your inebriated snacking pleasure, you can enjoy an order of mussels and crispy hot pomme frites with your Raspberry Lambic or Corsendonk Dubbel. And all this in a relaxed yet sultry atmosphere, with an outdoor courtyard for the smokers among us. What more could you ask for?
The bar is hidden from the street-- go in through frites storefront, out the back door, through the courtyard and up the stairs to get there.
