Hi folks,
There are some days when I feel like I need to be really verbose. There are other days where a grunt and nod speak volumes. I'm caught in the in-between spot, where I really want to say a lot, but I don't have much time, nor energy to write it. Nah, I wasn't out drinking last night... Nah, I'd never do that on a school night...
There are a couple things that cannot be left unsaid. Firstly, our 12th Anniversary PubNight was a spectacular time. We managed to spend $1,500 that night! We welcomed Mike into the Triumvir Emeritus club. Mike, thank you for your four years of venerable service as a yummy. With Mike's ascension to triune hall of fame, this past Wednesday he bestowed upon Jocelyn the powers of his office with an imposing, nerf-like sword as the symbol of her new post. If the microcosm that is PubNight can in any way forecast the way the world is going, one day all the global leaders will be women!
As for this week, we're heading to the Central Bar in the East Village. The last time we were there was November 2003. It was a good spot the last time we were there. The bar does have the tendency to get packed, so make sure you mark down the backup location info.
