Hi folks,
So, is it hot enough for you? Geez, after spring taking forever to arrive, summer sure hit us quick and fast this year. Never fear, PubNight to the rescue this week with a location that serves frozen margaritas, cooling specialty cocktails, (including the 'freshtini', made with fresh watermelon juice) and a global selection of beers, including lambics in a range of fruity flavors. Apparently the road to Perdition is paved with many, many delicious alcoholic drinks.
We are headed to Perdition to celebrate the birthday of Hannah, who gave us two selection criteria for a bar: A) somewhere on the west side and B) somewhere that serves lambics. Happily, we found both in one of our favorite Hell's Kitchen bars!
An added bonus is the Happy Hour from 5-8. (Rumor has it that the birthday girl may make an early appearance to take the most advantage of the drink specials) Perdition also offers an eclectic menu of snacky foodstuffs including empanadas, hummus and veggies, quesadillas, salads, and buffalo wings.
So come on out and raise a cold drink to toast Hannah a happy birthday on a hot hot Wednesday night!
