Continuing the Celtic theme, we are following up last week's Irish Sixth Ward with the Scottish Shoolbred's.
Depending on your mood (and how many other people there), you can hang out at the front bar and chat with the Scottish bartenders about the whiskey selection, curl up in cozy chairs around the fireplace, settle in at the tables to enjoy some creative pub grub, or slip through the beaded curtain to hide out in the bordello nook.
On the drinks side, Shoolbred's greatest strength is the extensive selection of single malt Scotches and American bourbons. There are also 10 beers on tap, include their own tasty house ale, as well as a number of bottled choices.
Consider this a warmup for next week-- we are now in the run up to Pubnight Anniversary, Wednesday, April 1st!!! We highly recommend taking the next day off work, so you can fully enjoy the festivities!
