Golly, I haven't written one of these in a long time. What can I do to get myself back in the swing of things?

Feck yeah, that's better. OK! This week we are celebrating my current birthday and Dan's slightly overdue one by going to one place we can all agree on: Perdition!
**interval wherein Mike considers rewriting the lyrics to "Tradition" for the occasion, then decides he's too drunk and/or lazy**
Other than being a wee bit off the beaten path, Perdition is close to ideal for PN purposes--good taps, lots of snacky things, big roomy lounge, negligible attitude. And for a birthday choice for the two of us, it's downright perfect.
Aside: I will be slightly late, as I'm kicking off my birthday eve by seeing a cabaret show. At Don't Tell Mama's, down the block. Starring Tom Lenk, aka "Andrew" of Buffy's Nerds of Doom.
