Another Wednesday, another chance of rain. But, the real reason we're not heading to the ferry is due to the aging body and mind of yours truly. Since I'd like as many people around me as I near the end of my 3rd decade here, I thought we'd stick to the borough that we are familiar with. To make it even easier for those of us with short memories, we'll be going to 2A. Shouldn't be too hard to find - it's on 2nd and A. That's 2nd Street, Ath Avenue, not the other way around. I don't think they have much in the way of food, so eat on your way there.
As you may have deduced, one reason to celebrate this week is my upcoming initiation to the 30s (Saturday). Also, this week is the birthday of Stuart and Dan's Mom on Friday. (You mean they're brothers?). You can wish her a happy birthday at IBLStan@aol.com - my Dad's address, but I'm sure she'll get the message. You can wish me a happy birthday by showing up tonight. I have a feeling we'll be going out again on Saturday, so don't feel bad if tonight you have night court jury duty or if you have an extra shift at the ER or if you have tickets to Les Miz or if you hate the East Village or if you can't find 2A.
