Good afternoon, Pub Night!

Now that the school year is in full swing, it's time for our first PN quiz. Please carefully read the following paragraph, and then answer the study questions.

As tomorrow evening is supposed to be warm and clear, and heaven knows how many of those days we'll have left, I thought it would be nice to try a new-ish bar in my neighborhood of Park Slope for my birthday. Mission Dolores is a new auto-shop-turned-beer-bar in Park Slope. It has a funky layout: front room, center open courtyard, back room with the bar. It's a mere block off the R train stop at Union Street. They have twenty different beers on tap, several of which I have never heard of. I'm extra excited about the multiple Oktoberfests on tap, as that may well be my favorite seasonal beer. You know you want to schlep out to Brooklyn for this.

Questions:
1) Why is a beer garden named after a Spanish mission?

2) Is it acceptable consume Oktoberfest when it is still September? Explain.

3) If Jocelyn drinks one of every beer on tap, will anyone believe her when she calls out sick on Thursday?

3a) Assuming Jocelyn drinks every beer on tap, how many of the inevitable Park Slope strollers will she trip over heading towards the bathroom? Show the math.

4) Now that Jocelyn has lived well past her 30th birthday, at what age should she threaten to go out in a blaze of glory?

- Jocelyn
