Greetings fellow PubNighters...
Like many of you, I was eagerly awaiting the end of daylight savings time. To wake up in the morning and see the sun shining, rather than feeling like it was still the middle of the night. To leave work after dark and not feel like I was the only one working into the late hours of the evening. And most importantly, to get a blessed extra hour of sleep on the day the clocks turn back...
So why the hell was I up at some ungodly early hour yesterday?
And why did I wake up this morning to a dark sky full of hail?
Dammit, this calls for good beer, good people, and good food. Good thing there's Bay Ridge's own Longbow Pub & Pantry, a Welsh oasis that prides itself on providing two out of three of those. (Seriously, the best fish & chips I've tasted outside of London- plus a full pub menu). Hopefully, you'll be willing to schlep out on the R line to provide the good people part of the equation.
