This week PubNight celebrates Patrick, the patron saint of cirrhosis. As is appropriate, we're heading to an Irish pub. Consider Wednesday night your true St. Patty's Day festivities, because G-d knows we professional lushes will do anything to avoid the amateurs out on Thursday.

Anyway, about our venue: Characters is a newish bar in the Theater District. The staff are quite friendly, mostly from Ireland, and know how to pour a proper pint of Guinness. I hear the food is better than your average pub fare. The bathrooms are very clean.
