Well, we're still here. As are all the annoying pricks who hoped to be raptured. Doesn't that call for a drink or five?
This evening we're heading to a relatively new bar in the East Village. The Ninth Ward is a New Orleans-inspired joint serving up Abita beer, assorted absinthes, and classic cajun cuisine. Plus, there's a 2-for-1 happy hour until 8 pm. Put on your drinking shoes and get there early!
