Hi PubNighters,
Tomorrow's PubNight is in honor of all those who before June 1, 2011, or after, have or will celebrate their birthday and did or will not ask for "birthday PubNight" privileges.
All of you guys and gals, you know who you are, please make sure to take a random bow tomorrow at PubNight. For no reason at all, while in the course of a conversation with someone, please just start bowing.
In fact, to those who can get a chorus line of bows started... Free drink for that person who cranks it up! Yep, it's on me.
I'll go one further, can we can get competitive with the bows ... like how they do in some cultures, the deeper the bow, the more respectful you are? Just throwing it out there. Ok, maybe, I went a little far. But, hey, that's what I'm saying! Go deep.
Ok, in all seriousness now. Happy birthday to you! Let's all celebrate tomorrow night at a place we have never been, Puffy's Tavern in Tribeca. I called ahead. "Charlie" is going to be made aware that they can expect PubNight. Woot, new digs for us to check off of our list of never beens.
Oh, and for all others who like to request birthday PubNights... continue on.. our wayward sons and daughters.
