My, what a journey it has been. When I first came to Pub Night (6/8/05 at Boss Tweed's, if you care), I was fresh out of college and my favorite beer was, appropriately enough, "any shitty American lager". However over the last 6 years, thanks to the gentle mocking of the Pub Night Crowd, my beer tastes have evolved dramatically, and I can no longer tolerate Bud Light, Coors, or Miller. My beer-ordering priority these days is "any beer I've never heard of/tasted" and it is therefore appropriate that I have selected David Copperfield's to celebrate my 6th anniversary at Pub Night, as well as the ::mumble:: anniversary of my birth. (Insert obligatory apology for dragging you all up to the UES, and far from a train, at that...)
And perhaps best of all, Wednesday is ladies' night, with $3 select pints and $5 Kettle One martinis!
