PubNight #777 (8/17/11) - Holiday Cocktail Lounge

This week PubNight celebrates Leila's birthday by joining her at some of her old NYU stomping grounds. She said she had a good first choice with a PN favorite as backup, but had to pass it up because they have Wednesday night trivia; while we would kick ass, trivia nights are not conducive to unbridled conversation and general PubNightedness. Thus she came up with what should be a good alternative. Leila writes:

"Alt plan is for Holiday Cocktail Lounge 75 st marks btwn 2nd + 1st (my second bar ever in NYC or really anywhere) with International Bar as back up at 120 1/2 1st ave btwn St. Mark's+ 7th. Coming up on 5 years making Wednesdays better with Pubnight and more than half my life in the city."

Birthday. Five years o' PubNight. Half a life in the city. Each one worthy of a toast.

• When?: 7:30pm
• Is there grub?: No. Just popcorn, if they still do that. But lots of takeout/quick bites nearby.

• If it's full of fratboys?: International Bar 120 1/2 1st ave as back up. Btw St. Mark's + 7th
