Good afternoon, Pubnight!
Guess what? Time continues to move in a linear fashion, and thus I am another year older. For my birthday this year, I have decided to do something different! Or rather, I am doing something different by being the same. Yes, that's right, I am deviating from my tradition of dragging Pubnight to a new, exciting Brooklyn bar for my birthday. Instead, I am dragging Pubnight to a previously-visited, exciting Brooklyn bar! Isn't the change in routine thrilling?
For those of you who were not there 51 weeks ago, Mission Dolores is an auto-shop-turned-beer-bar in Park Slope. They feature 20 (rotating) beers on tap, and one cask. The bar itself is half-indoors, half-outdoors, with the outdoors part being in the middle of the bar. If the weather is nice tomorrow, we can all hang out in the center courtyard and enjoy the end of summer. If it happens to rain, we can hang out in the bar and watch it rain inside the bar. Trippy!
The bar is also across the street from a delicious taqueria, so most of our base needs are covered. Never let it be said I don't take care of you guys.
