February is a cold and dark time of year so what better way to shrug off the chill than a Tiki Bar.
You can sit in front of the fireplace (they have a fireplace), close your eyes and after a few scorpion bowls you can pretend it's the warm island breeze thawing your frozen bits.
The drinks are strong and relatively cheap and there are some good food choices on the same block.
