What, my year's up already? But I had so many good ideas for bars left. :-(

In fact, I have* too many ideas for one night. Wine bar or tap room...wine bar or tap room...if only there were a place that were both. But lo: The Immigrant pulls double duty, wine bar on one side, tap room on the other, in much the way a mullet allows for business/party flexibility. But with alcohol.
