Good morning, Pubnighters one and all!
This week we're once again drinking on the west side of the Hudson, at the newly opened Porta, a single street-crossing away from the Grove Street path stop!
I stuck my head in on their opening night and knew instantly that Pubnight had to drink here! The space is massive. The pizza looks delicious. There're some intriguing house cocktails. And there's an extensive set of rotating beer taps.
In an unsubtle attempt to attract Jersey City pubnighters with child-enforced bedtimes, we'll begin drinking earlier in the evening.
