Pubnight, I have failed you.
I had this grand and glorious plan of forcing all of you to come out to Park Slope to watch me drink myself into a stupor, on this, the last Wednesday before Lent. Alas, sometime between when I made this plan and this afternoon, the bar I had selected decided to use Wednesday to show tomorrow's NH Democratic Town Hall. While I *could* make a satisfying drinking game out of the proceedings, I don't think it's quite the right atmosphere for PubNight.
Thus, I am preemptively declaring we are headed to the backup, The KBH Bierhalle, which we last went to for my birthday some number of years ago. It is now slightly less German, but still contains beer and enormous pretzels. What more do you need? Tomorrow is set to be in the mid-50s and drizzly, so let's pretend it's Oktoberfest.
