Dear Friends,
It is with a heavy heart that I must announce that our Madrid will be leaving the CAT on July 24th. Our dear friend has secured a wonderful position as the Development Associate at the Institute for Democracy Studies here in NY. Madrid has been a great partner here at the CAT and I know that all of us will agree that she will be missed ....but as I always say once part of this family always part of this family. We love you Madrid!!!!!!! and congratulations.
